Ally Dogs Grooming has gone on the road. But this isn’t the only change recently…
Unfortunately, with Alison no longer wanting to be involved, this has meant some big changes for me [Charlie]. This means all of our clients will now have me as their permanant groomer.
Stay tuned as I update the website to reflect the services I offer including the areas I will now be covering, having since gone mobile.
How to book…
I have always made the booking process easy and hassle-free and will continue to do so. Many of my customers reach out on the Facebook group, whereas others will give me a call or send a text! I will always try to fit you in on a day that is convenient for you, but please note that I do get booked up pretty fast, so try to give me as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
I am currently grooming Saturdays only whilst I tie up a few loose ends from the physical salon premesis.
Meet Charlie…
Hi, I’m Charlie! For those of you that don’t know me, allow me to explain who I am.
I’ve been grooming now for over 7 years and have experience with all dog types, backgrounds, medical conditions, behaviours.. you name it, I’ve encountered it! I’ve even groomed a few cats.
Since my friend, Alison decided to take a step back from dog grooming back in 2022, I was running the salon that was based in Eastwood. This was alongside my regular day job in accountancy. I have now decided to go mobile with the dog grooming whilst I look out for another grooming salon in a nice location.
At home, I have four dogs and a pony called Kandie. Between my own animals and two jobs, I have plenty to keep me busy (LOL). My absolute passion in life is the care of animals. So this, combined with my grooming means I can perform to a very high standard. You can rest assured, that your dogs will be at the very centre of my attention and will be extremely well cared for whilst I give them their pamper sessions.
I am fully insured to carry out grooming at your home. My qualification was completed with City & Guilds and my certificate can be seen upon request.

Great dog grooming salon for my Jack Russell
Never bothered before because my girl is a JR and didn’t think she’d need a groom. But as she got older, her hair became wire-like and was told to bring her here for a stripping. Worked a treat and she always feels so soft afterwards.
